DEFINITIONS
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions and any or all Agreements:
“Customer”, “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions.
“The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our”, “Us” and “AI Forum”refers to Artificial Intelligence (AI) Forum Ltd.
“Partner”, “Publisher” and “Supplier” refers to any third-party companies that we may partner with to fulfil our obligations.
Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
GENERAL:
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts for the supply of products and services, including Market Reports, by AI Forum to the Customer, and shall prevail over any other documentation or communication from the Customer.
Any variation to these Terms and Conditions shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by AI Forum.
PRICE AND PAYMENT:
Payment can be made by wire transfer/credit cards/payment gateways/bank cheques/wallets only. 100% payment will be required for AI Forum and/or its Suppliers to deliver the products & services.
AI Forum and/or the Supplier will send the deliverable in the electronic form to the Customer.
AI Forum or the Supplier reserves the right to modify, update or run promotions on any service at any time.
AI Forum or the Supplier reserves the right to change the price of any service at any time. Once the service has been ordered, the price shall remain fixed for the Customer.
In the event of a pricing mistake or glitch, AI Forum shall have the final say on the matter.
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS:
Co-operate with AI Forum and its Suppliers.
Provide AI Forum and its Suppliers with any information reasonably required by AI Forum and Supplier.
Keep AI Forum and its Suppliers notified of their correct name, postal address and any phone, E-mail information.
Comply with all other statutory requirements – particularly in regard to data protection and confidentiality.
AI FOURM / SUPPLIER OBLIGATIONS:
AI Forum and its Suppliers shall perform the services with reasonable skills and care and to reasonable standard in accordance with recognized standards and codes of practice.
Delivery of research material will be within 48 hours of receipt of payment or otherwise agreed by Contract/Service Level Agreement.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
AI Forum and its Suppliers shall not be liable for any direct loss or damage suffered by the Customer howsoever caused, as a result of any negligence, breach of contract or otherwise in excess of the price of the Services.
AI Forum and its Suppliers shall not be liable under any circumstances to the Customer or any third party for any indirect or consequential loss or profit or other economic loss suffered by the Customer howsoever caused, as a result of any negligence, breach of contract or misrepresentation or otherwise.
CANCELLATION:
Where Customer cancels their order after receiving the products and services, there will be no refund. Cancellation of order will not be accepted after payment is done.
Due to the confidential nature of information provided in the reports we offer, we are unfortunately not able to provide refunds or accept returns. We request you to thoroughly review all information before purchase.
FORCE MAJEURE:
Neither party shall be liable for delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure result from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, locks, accident, war, fire, unavailability of source of supply, and a party shall not be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.
COPYRIGHT:
Products, Market Reports and Surveys may not be used in any other format other than the supplied. Customer may not at anytime, without prior written permission of AI Forum and its Suppliers, make copies or reproduction (in whatever form) of the questionnaires, brochure, sample pages, research reports, or any other survey material.
LICENSE:
Unless otherwise stated, AI Forum and/or it’s Suppliers own the intellectual property rights for all material on AI Forum. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
You must not:

License types
Single-user License
Single-user License permits that only an individual can use our report either electronically or online. The right to use of the report should be confined only to one authorized computer. Upon buying single user license, buyer must provide the name and email ID of the authorized user of this report.
Multi-user License
Multi-user license permits to access the report from five authorized computers. It does not permit you to share the report with other divisions and subsidiaries of the same company. Upon buying multi-user license, buyer must provide the names and email IDs of the authorized users of this report.
Corporate License
With Corporate License, the complete or part of the content of the report can be shared or made available to other persons, other divisions and subsidiaries of same company. However, reproduction or redistribution of the report is prohibited without the prior permission of AI Forum and report publisher.
GOVERNING LAW:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the United Kingdom.
